Managing Director
In his previous General Manager role, he achieved the top spot in the company for GOP (Gross Operating Profit) and ranked within the top three for employee engagement. Rickie's passion for outdoor sports, including shooting, fishing, and hunting, was sparked by his upbringing in south Louisiana, where he was immersed in a sportsman's paradise. This background, along with his love for camaraderie with friends and family, contributes to his deep connection with the outdoor and club industries. Outside of work, Rickie's competitive spirit and background in hospitality drive him to provide the best experiences for his associates, guests, and members. He continually strives for excellence, whether on the shooting range or in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for all. Rickie believes what sets Providence Hill apart from other establishments, making it a remarkable destination, is the "great trifecta": exceptional ownership, dedicated members, and a passionate team.

Director of Sporting Operations & The Conservancy
In 1981, Jimmy embarked on a journey into the world of agriculture consulting, specializing in cotton, soybeans, corn, and vegetables. Through dedication and expertise, he successfully built one of the top three largest consulting businesses in the state of Mississippi. Beyond his professional life, Jimmy is a devoted family man. He married his college sweetheart, Sonya, and together they have a daughter, son, and five cherished grandchildren. In his early years, Jimmy pursued his passion for hunting by serving as a duck and deer hunting guide at Cottonwood, a prestigious hunting property in the South. His love for the outdoors and hunting adventures has taken him across the globe, amassing invaluable experience that earned him the admiration of fellow hunters. As a result, many sought his advice, leading him to venture into the development of recreational properties in Mississippi and neighboring states. Jimmy's journey with Providence Hill began in 2003 under the previous owners when he transformed the property into the exceptional sporting experience it is today. Over the past two decades, he has dedicated his expertise to managing Providence Hill, and continues to consult on numerous properties in both Mississippi and Arkansas. Jimmy now holds the role of Director of Sporting Operations and Providence Hill Conservancy. In this capacity, he continues to bring his wealth of knowledge and unwavering dedication to Providence Hill, ensuring it remains a pinnacle of sporting excellence and conservation. Jimmy’s lifelong commitment to agriculture, land management, and outdoor sports is a testament to his enduring passion and expertise.

Sonya's professional journey began in the early 1980s when she lent her expertise to the Trust Department at Deposit Guaranteed. Her role there allowed her to gain valuable insights into the intricacies of financial management and client services. Later, Sonya transitioned to support her husband Jimmy's thriving agriculture consulting business, managing crucial aspects of the business including bookkeeping and soil reports. For the past 10 years, Sonya Grant has been the Event Coordinator for Providence Hill, and excels in crafting unforgettable experiences for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Her warm and attentive nature has endeared her to clients and colleagues alike, and her dedication to delivering exceptional service has made Providence Hill a sought-after venue, earning accolades such as Best Venue from Mississippi Magazine. Sonya’s passion and financial acumen have made her an invaluable asset, ensuring every event at Providence Hill continues to elevate the venue's reputation as a premier destination for weddings and corporate gatherings.
